My sister is blonde.
She gets highlights with Jill from Off Seventh in Centereach.
Jill does an AMAZING job.
My mom gets color with her but my mom is a redhead - still great though.
My hair is natural red and I've never colored it, however, I've gone to Jill for years for haircuts and I've seen all the work she has done on many others and she is fantastic.
