BF moms, what prenatals do you take?
I'm finishing up the prenatals I took while I was pregnant and I don't think I'll be ordering more (I had to send away for them and they were sorta pricy). I'm looking for a replacement while BF. What are you taking?

I'm bad and not taking one, but if I were to Id take a whole food based vitamin.

I take nature made postnatals and then an iron supplement along side of that

I take those also. They had everything and more than the expensive prescription ones I had while pregnant except for DHA.

Rainbow light prenatals... I get them in CVS.. They r cheap, just one pill & no fishy aftertaste

BF moms, what prenatals do you take?
I take the same ones I took while pregnant....cvs brand. They often go on sale buy one get one free
I was also told taking iron is important while breast feeding so I take feosol too
