has anyone tried slimfast recently with success?
I know its only a temporary solution but i wonder what was the most you lost in one week if followed strictly. any success stories you can share, im considering it - and would love to hear the good and the ugly about it...lol

I didn't do slimfast, but I recently did Shakeology for 1 meal per day in conjunction with the MyFitnessPal app and lost about 20 lbs in 4 months. The shakeology was REALLY filling (like I could almost not drink the entire thing) and I feel like it helped my energy level.
I sort of stopped drinking it about 2 months in because I just got sick of drinking the shakes, but I really need to go back to it because I have hit a plateau.

has anyone tried slimfast recently with success?
I do protein shakes - the healthy ones - the ones with less sugar and stuff...........I lose weight pretty fast when I use them as a meal replacement and the best part is, I don't feel like I'm starving.
I use the Pure Protein ones.
