Cookies - when to do them
What's the earliest you do your baking?
I prefer not to freeze them - If i do the weekend of the 15th is that too soon?

Definitely not too soon. That's when I'm doing mine. I usually actually do them the weekend before that, but it doesn't work for me this year. Just make sure to keep them in tupperwares or metal tins with wax paper and keep them in a cool/room temp place.

my cookkie swap this year is on the 15th. Just keep them in a tight container with a piece of white bread to keep them fresh:)
