If you drink soda ...
Regular Coca-Cola. I don't like the taste of diet pop. It just tastes odd to me and either really fake sweet or bitter.

it's my HUGE weakness
i don't drink coffee though, HATE water, and i will drink juice, but don't get the caffeine kick
THIS -- I allow myself either one coke or gingerale a day (full calorie)

I'm a big water drinker but when I get a soda, it is almost always diet. I guess I am so used to the flavor and I like it that the calories in a regular soda isn't worth it to me.
If I'm going for liquid calories, it's going to be a nice, cold beer.  that I prefer regular!

Diet coke..every day..most is 2 cans a day..i don't like the sugary taste of regular soda..I know all about the chemicals and how bad soda is, but it's my only vice
This exactly... plus around 100 oz of water a day...

I drink diet. I used to hate the taste of diet, but now I love it. Can't stand regular anymore. It's like I can feel the sugar coating my teeth. Anywhere from 1-3 cans a day.

Just curious if she uses a fancy machine to make her alkaline water? or if she buys it bottled? of does she just make it herself?

Alkaline water is water with a pH higher then 7.0
The pH of water is the difference between how much hydrogen (h+) water has vs. how much hydroxyl (oh-) water has. Water is H+OH- or H2O. If you add minerals with more H in them then OH the pH goes down. If you add minerals with OH- in them then pH goes up. An equal amount of H+ and OH- will give you a 7 pH. When water has more OH in it then it is alkaline. Water with less then 7 pH is acidic.
Most city tap water in the U.S and other countries is alkalized (OH added) to raise the pH to about 8.5 on average. This is because low pH water tends to dissolve things like concrete drain pipes and copper piping; while high pH tends to form deposits which actually thickens the same pipes. The reason is that thicker pipes rupture less often but plug over time

I hardly drink soda but when I do I go with regular, I don't like the taste of diet and I drink it so infrequently that I don't think it really matters much.

If you ever think about making the switch you should try seltzer. (with no artificial sweetners) I loved diet soda, switched to seltzer. I like the flavored ones and it satisifies that soda/carbonation need for me. I drink about 4 cans a day.

Regular, usually 2-3 times per week at most. I used to drink it every day. Now I only drink it with specific foods, like pizza. I hate the taste of diet soda, and I choose to avoid artificial sweeteners whenever possible.

I have tried Seltzer but as someone who is used to regular soda, it just does NOT do it.
Even the flavoared ones are just so....bland.
Like i want to add some sweetness to it- like a pack of Splenda! 
I wish I could drink Seltzer

Yes the clear essenense were sweet- I could drink those- but they were loaded with cr@p. Tasted like real soda.
You can get flavored seltzer at S&S too- it's with the plain seltzer.
No artifical sweetners, no sugar, just natural flavors.

I normally don't drink soda at all but have been craving it lately. (once a week if that). I usually mix half regular and half diet at the diy fountain or a can so I'm not getting too much sugar or too muh artificial stuff.

Speaking of soda, this is the best soda ever! It's organic and isn't too sweet. It's still sugar, but it beats the alternative!
