We have service included in our plan, but I couldn't believe how high the rates were. I got the quote yesterday, but decided to wait and see if they come down:
Ceiling rate of $4.429
Fixed rate of $4.379
Our rate last year was $4.099

I locked in July at 3.599 so after seeing what pp is paying glad I did.

I just called yesterday to a few places We have a huge tank 450 gallons for COD $3.52 a gallon was the cheapest!!

We just locked in at 3.79 and glad we did. Our old company was quoting us 4.59

I just called Lewisy and they offer a ceiling rate of $3.799.

Just re-locked in with Slomins (contract expired in June). In June they were quoting me $3.85. Just locked in this morning at $3.79

Slomins has a discounted floating rate of 3.69 right now. The lock in price would be 3.89. He said as a company they are recommending people do not lock in right now because the rates are high. I don't know what to do!
