Yeah, I mean really. I was thinking the same thing! If I need to hold my kid to keep them safe (or make them feel safe) I don't care how old they are. I think she is being a great mom actually and don't get why anyone would care that she is holding suri in the pic, in the middle of NYC (which is hard with a 6.5 yr old to begin with) where I bet 50 photographers are screaming at them while taking pictures. Not to mention all the average nyc people probably gawking at them and ccoming up to them. Picture being 6.5 in that scene.

I love them both....Suri still reminds me so much of my daughter.
My daughter who I will continue to carry on my hip as long as I can physically pick her up. No matter how old she is.  (especially if it's because her heels are bothering her feet)
