Please recommend a GOOD obgyn
I went to go to Oakdale Obgyn for fifteen years until I had my son. I was very unhappy with one of the doctors. I switched to Stony brook university associates and couldn't be happier. I just had my second child and had a great experience. Good luck.

Which dr did you not like? I had a bad experience as well with my first child.

Dr. Baksi was the doctor I didn't like. I found him to be rude when I asked questions- he once told me not to be a head case. He also seemed c section happy.

I LOVE Elite Women's Healthcare in Lake Success except 2 out of the 4 doctors are only GYNs but it is so worth it. My GYN is Dr. Senriech and my OB is Dr. Herman. The on call doctors that they have teamed up with at the hospital are awesome too! I felt so comfortable with Dr. Scarantino meeting him 3 hours before my son was born!

Yes.....I think Dr. Porte is there?? He ended up delivering my DS because my group consults with Stony Brook OBGYN if I didn't confuse my info. He was GREAT!!!!!
(I go to Three Village WOmen's Health in Patchogue and I do like it there)

Just an FYI the Stony Brook OBGYN sayville office moved to bohemia. :)
