Something very simple to do with flounder on the grill???
Any ideas would be appreciated! I am just looking for something super simple...even just good seasoning...DH is planning on grilling up some fish tonight, but I have no idea what to do with it!

brush with EVOO and sprinkle with Old Bay and a little cajun seasoning.... delish!
ETA: we used one of those grill trays for the fish so it does not fall through

DEFINTELY use foil. Flounder is sooo delicate that it will fall right through the grates.
I usually love a packet with lemon, garlic, zucchini or squash, fresh garlic, salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
