1st bday party

Hey guys-

So crazy that I am already thinking about my DS's first birthday party! Its not until September, but I want to start getting ideas. I was going to have a backyard party, but now I am leaning towards having one at a place. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I was considering a backyard but my backyard is fairly small. Some people recommended the mushrooms at lido beach or Bay park. Both have a covered area in case of bad weather. Of course you'd still have to handle decor and food on your own but it might be a lower cost option than a restaurant or hall
