LIJ/ Katz Hospital: review
I don't recall seeing any posts w/ feedback on the new hospital so I thought I'd share this.
F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S
Especially if u delivered at LIJ when it was the old hospital w/ shared rooms/ bathrooms.
Having a private room is the best thing in the whole world. The room is a good size, nice big tv, couch that pulls out to a bed in case DH wants to stay, has a mini-fridge.
It's very quiet an peaceful.
One thing I just learned----there is a "Refreshing Station" on the floor w/ snacks, drinks, a Keurig machine, microwave, lots of good stuff! I was STARVING last night and wish I found out about it earlier.
The staff is WONDERFUL.
I have had a great experience so far.

I've been in a 4-person room and a 2-person room there so I am definitely looking forward to this stay!
