American Idol 3/14-15...no post?
All I am going to say is Joshua Ledet.
Wow...just amazing! I got goosebumps!!!!
Aside from him, I think there were a LOT of bad song choices and missteps (AGAIN)
I don't understand how you have a whole YEAR to choose from, and you "have trouble" finding a song...

I liked Joshua and Hollie. Unfortunately I missed Phillip because my DVR started recording late. I am a fan of his though. I was annoyed when Jessica Sanchez said she didn't have much to choose from in her year - really??? 1994!

I loved Phil Phillips and I also really liked Joshua last night. I did not like Shannon. There were so many great choices for her to choose from including that No Doubt song... for her to butcher Mariah's One Sweet Day was just unbearable to watch.

I was annoyed that the majority of people chose to do songs that weren't really from the year they were born, but were covers of the original that happened to come out that year.
anyway, as usual none of them really were impressive
i'm not really sure who i'm rooting for this year - maybe that raspy girl with the long blonde hair? not sure

No mention of that awful scripted "confrontation" between the producers and Jermaine Jones?? What was the point of that? If they were so disturbed by his criminal past, why give him that airtime? Stupid!
Anyway- glad Elise was safe! I thought she did great this week. Shannon is cute but she deserved to go home unfortunately.

They don't get to choose from any song from that year, they're given a list of songs to choose from that year
