Daily.
I also need the second hand to take pulses. But im seeing something odd with cell phones....people taking pulses using the cell. Scary! I dont think thats accurate!

A watch is still a piece of jewelry for some people, so a phone is not going to replace that. Depending on the watch, it's also much more elegant, IMO. A phone has no 'soul'
I still wear a watch. I don't walk around with my phone in my hand so it's much easier for me to look at my wrist than to fumble in my pocket for a phone.

I stopped wearing one a few years ago.
An average day: I start out in my house, which is full of clocks; get into my car, which has a clock, to drive to work; go into the office, where I sit at a computer that has a clock; eat lunch in the break room, where there's a big clock on the wall; get back into the aforementioned clock-equipped car; and end up back at home again. If I go anywhere else in between, my cell phone has the time.

DH and I both do every day. I need to wear one or I feel lost. I don't carry my phone around with me all the time at work.

This is one of the reasons I NEED a watch.... 
My PC at work is set to the official "atomic clock" time, and I sync my watch up to that with a USB cable, (yes, I'm a techno-geek...  ), but the clock in the cafeteria is a few minutes off, my truck clock is about 2 minutes fast. The DVR is set to the TV time, which is also a little bit off. The wall clocks vary, but they're usually a bit off, from each other, and the real time.
If I want the real time, I can only rely on my PC and my watch....

Always. I dont take it off unless I am sleeping, showering or swimming. It never occurred to me to use my Smartphone in lieu of my watch either, I cant imagine wanting to take the phone into the bathroom with me when I want to glance at the time...lol.

Always, I feel naked without it. I just got a gold one, in addition to my silver, so I switch up which one I wear each day.

Yes, my watch is consistent, which I need in order to make sure I catch my train & swipe in/out at work on time. And my cell phone is usually at the bottom of my bag & I'd go crazy if I had to dig it out whenever I need to check the time. Recently my watch band broke so I've been carrying my watch in my pocket & it's been driving me crazy not having it on my wrist... I always look at my wrist accidentally & then remember it's not there... I have to get a new one soon. But I do take my watch off as soon as I get home every day.

Always. Plus my classroom clock doesn't work, even when they try to fix it. Plus is was expensive, so it's a piece of jewelry for me.

I have not worn an every day watch in over ten years. The only time I wear one is my "fancy" watch for very special occasions (e.g., weddings).

yes i have to, i feel lost at work without it,
i am a teacher i have no clock in my room and i think it is very inappropriate to be checking my phone all the time, i am a pull out teacher and need to get and return students on time,
