How do I get DS to nap in his crib?

How do I get DS to nap in his crib?
He will nap in the swing, stroller, car, etc.
If I put him in the crib I maybe get a 30 minute nap.
What can I do?

Swaddle him? I don't know how old he is...try the same night time routine?
Where does he sleep at night?
Laila usually doesn't sleep as long in her crib either. SHe cat naps.

How old is your DC?
My DD would only cat nap in the crib when she was younger.
Depending on age she needed to be swaddled. We put blackout sheets on the windows, white noise machine. And had a routine. A shortened version of our bedtime routine.

DD was the same way. Never really napped in crib til about 7m old. All her naps were in the swing until then. As she got a bit older is when she started taking serious naps (1-3 hrs) in the crib.
