Is anyone else taking a vitamin supplement on top of their pre natal? And if so what?

My Dr. recommended something additional for calcium.

i take fish oil (for the DHA) along with my pre-natal. I also have to take 2 iron supplements for my anemia which they cannot get under control

i have a hyperactive thyroid so have to take calcium, dha (i can't eat seafood), B6 for nausea on top of prenatals!

i take extra omegas, vit d and calcium (before bed - only thing that keeps me from waking up screaming in agony from charley horses)

my doctor told me to take extra vitamin D and calcium since my vitamin d level was low
