Juice Cleanses
Has anyone done this before? If so how was it and which cleanse did you do. DH and I are considering this but dont know if we can handle it...

I actually bought a cleanse today on Gilt City, did you see that one as well? I figured I might as well.
I've only known people that have done blue print cleanse and they've loved it. I think you can handle it, apparently its just strange not chewing for a few days but I've heard you are energized and just feel overall healthier. I'm doing mine in July.

i didn't do a full cleanse but i did start to include green juices in my diet 1-2x a day. during this time i was also following a vegan diet and i wound up with some stomach "issues" i stopped the vegan diet and juices and my health returned to normal. so if you're gonna cleanse, make sure its during a time where you might not be very scheduled (just in case your detox is a similar situation!) i did hear that after a few days you acclimate, but i didn't wanna wait and take the chance. my body wasn't too pleased.
