I couldn't do it today(running related)

I've been doing about 2 miles every other day but tonight I could not muster up the energy. I was kinda beating myself up over it....I was wondering how you handle your days when your legs just don't want to move. Does this happen to you?

There are days when I can't move or am totally wiped. I just take them off and pick it back up the next day. Sometimes, your body just needs a break.

Its okay to take a few rest days when you feel that way. Usually when that happens and I take a day or two off I feel stronger when I come back

Sometimes your body just needs a little break. There's been times when I've started running and felt just like you described, and on the flip side, there's also been times when I get started and have an unusual amount of energy and can do more than I expect... just do what you can and try again the next time!

sometimes you just need a break - resting the body is just as important as working it out. and i also remind myself that not everyday will be a rockin' run or workout day. sometimes other factors get in the way and i need to be cool with them just the same as i'm cool with an awesome workout /run day.
