We used Viacord for DS and will use it with this DC. We used it because we got a nice discount for attending an information session. I didn't research the difference between companies. I'd imagine they are pretty similar.

My OB said that either Viacord or CBR are good decisions. I can't tell you why we chose CBR over Viacord, but now we get a good sibling discount, so that's where we stay.

We went with CBR. Our friends chose them and did a lot of research, so we trusted them and went with the same company. One of the reasons I liked CBR better though is because of their Customer Service.. I'm all about people who are nice and caring and informative.. Viacord was the complete opposite when I called them with questions.
Also, CBR is located in Arizona, and there are no earthquakes there or anything, so we figured it was the best place for us.
