Aww I'm sorry sweetie. I know how you feel. I had that for like a month straight. I've been sleeping in recliner for past 2 months because when I tried to sleep in bed I would wake up choking,,,like I had sour burped in my sleep from the heartburn. It was horrible. Tums never helped me, but drinking a glass of milk did. I hope you get some releif soon!

Try 2 tbs apple cider vinegar to 1/2 cup of water. This was the only remedy that helped my sister and because it's natural, you can do it multiple times a day. Feel better!!

i take lots of tums, but when it gets real bad I will take a Zantac 150 and it helps!

My Dr. told me you can take Pepcid too. I take Tums for a calcium supplement, but sometimes I'll pop in a few more of the Tums for the heartburn. I haven't tried a Pepcid yet, but it's getting worse, so I may just do that this week. I bought them.

I had THE WORST heartburn with my last pregnancy. My doc put me on Nexium. It helped a lot-- although still felt it a little.

Gaviscon stored in the the fridge. Or Ice cream - which I found out works on accident.

I've been having horrible heart burn and the only thing that seems to work is a glass of milk and/or tums! Hope it gets better!!!

suck on celery and avoid milk I went to a GI dr years ago for this and hesaid milk and all milk products actually make it worse, that's a myth.
celery works wonders! there is something in the juice that helps
