Spinoff of to tattoos....do you have any you regret? with pic

I have one on my ankle...it WAS a spider until I went wakeboarding before it healed....now it looks like a tick. I plan on getting it covered up.

any ideas for me?? so far my ideas are a black rose
OR

a cauldron with items coming out that represent my hubs and I (we were engaged on Halloween and married near Halloween).

Wow, I didn't know they could get messed up like that. But I like the cauldron idea- that could be really cool!

I have one on my back- a shamrock. I got it when I was 16, so I definitely didn't think it through but I don't regret it. It's cute. It's actually 10 years old now! It could stand to be brightened, maybe added to, also.

I HATE this tat. I got it when I turned 18. I went with my then best friend and we got matching tats. We called them butterfly sisters.

Fast foward almost 10 years later, me and the girl are no longer friends and the colors looks horrible. It's supposed to be purple and teal. It's not a dark pic. Thats the actual color of the tat.

Eta: I like the black rose idea.

I really like the cauldron idea. If you want to keep it about the same size than that works out perfectly! I was also going to suggest you could do a Day of the Dead skull....I have always thought they were so nice.

No pic because it is not my tat -- but a friend got a smiley face on her hip while in college. Of course, when women gain weight over the years they gain in the hip area -- so now her smiley face is sort of stretched out and it doesn't look like a smile anymore. She is obviously not pleased.

I don't regret any of my tattoos. All of my tattoos have a meaning and were put on my body for a reason.

I would however change only 2 and I'm pretty covered

I have a tattoo on both of my hip bones and even after 2 pregnancies they still look like they should however I wish I would have picked more vibrant colors.

I have a "tramp stamp" that I guess I regret. It's really small, and I still like the tattoo itself, but I'd never heard of that location having bad connotations when I got it...I just wanted it there. Now that I know the connotations, I wish I had picked somewhere else.

I have one on my back that I plan to cover up. It was my second tattoo ever - came right off the flash wall I was 18 when I got it and at the time thought it was the BEST THING EVER but now, blegh. So eventually it will be covered up or lasered off and something else put there.

Unfortunately, I dont have any pics on this computer - but it's two rainbow geckos in the shape of a yin yang

Although you shouldn't have gone waterboarding before it was healed that looks to me like the tattooers fault. All the lines are blown out. They went too deep with the needle. You can always go the laser treatment since it's black it will lift better. If you cover it remember te space you're deing with. Youre limited to designs. You can't go much lower on your foot or it will fade. Good luck!

Yes. I also have a "tramp stamp". It was supposed to be a fairy...it kind of is, but the face looks manly so now it looks like I have a large transvestite on my lower back.

I don't have any that I regret. I have 6 and 5 of them have meaning. The other one is just something that I've always loved (cherry blossom branches). I have at least three more ideas for tattoos that I'd like to get this year.
