daycare in nassau - mineola/east meadow area
we are looking to send DD to day care part time since she's now 15m old. my MIL takes care of her, but i want her to be in daycare p/t. anyone have any recs, or have any input on tutor time in levittown or learn and play in mineola? TIA!

T, we send Jack to TT in Massapequa and love it  Not sure about the Levittown location but we have zero complaints about TT!

DS goes to Tutor Time in Levittown part-time. The teachers are really nice, he likes it there.

dS went to learn and play for 3 months when he was 18 months. Worst 3 months of my life. He is at a new daycare and a totally different child.

thanks! we liked TT, weren't so thrilled w/ L&P, but i thought maybe i went on a bad day. glad to know our initial reaction was right. i think i got a little freaked at TT because we let DD be alone in the twaddler room for a while, and when i went to get her she was crying (not badly, just more like a sob). it was hard to see, but one of the teachers was sitting with her, comforting her. i should take that as a good sign.
