38 week appt
Just got back from my 38 week appt. I'm dilated a little more from last week (2 cm....was 1.5 cm last week). Still 80% effaced and 0 station.
My Csection date is 12/27...but really hoping for something to happen SOON! I am so uncomfy!!!!!! Maybe today's internal will stir something up!

From what I understand, it's where the head is. This baby is pretty low - head is engaged in my pelvis - which is 0 station. I think when they are up higher, it's -2, -1, etc station and then when they are in the birth canal, it's +1, +2, station.

Thanks. He's just told me that the head is as low as it gets and he could feel it when he checked my cervix. So I guess that's a 0. I'm going to ask next week.
