does anyone use Dr. Grello?
Just a few questions if you use him.... Is he really good with both kids and the mommies? Do you find it relatively easy to get an appointment when your dc is sick? How is the staff & nurses?

I used him when Teddy was a baby. Office and staff where great. As for him...eh, I wasn't impressed. He's not the warmest ped I have ever met in my life. But he is thorough, and informative.

I love the office!
There are a few doctors there... Dr Ciro Grello is a little gruff, although he's been better lately (he apparently got a divorce about a year ago and has been nicer since!!) He's a great doctor, just lacking in the bedside manner.
Dr Steve Grello is the younger brother. Fantastic doc and great personality. Love him.
Dr Tjoya is new, don't really know her well yet, but like what I've seen.
Jen the PA- My FAVE!!!! But she's on maternity leave right now.
Cathy, LPN- Love her as well, so funny and great.
I have almost no complaints with the office. I will say that it's a big practice, and the wait times have gone up in the past year or so. Unless my kids are deathly ill I never bring them on a Monday because it is packed. They vaccinate on their schedule... if that's an issue for you don't bother looking into the office (my SIL left because of this). The doctors have been great with my kids and I recommend the practice.

Use them for all 3 of my kids - ages 3, 16 months and 15 weeks. Love them all.
Dr. Ciro has a different style than his brother - but so informative and intelligent.
Dr. Alaprandis - LOOOVE her and the NP Cathy is also great.
If I call in the morning, I always receive a call back by lunch time. The office gets a little crowded, so the best thing to do is make an appt first thing in the morning.
Jenn - the PA is Stephen's wife - I do not think she is returning.
