play kitchens....
does everyone have one for their little girls??? she had the elmo resturant that scares her when its one so we made it an outdoor toy  should i get her a kitchen? if so which do you reccomend?

we have a step 2. I got it for DD when she was 2. Shes 4.5 now and still plays with it.

we have this one...
we got it for DD when she was crawling... and DS used it during therapy.
DD is 15 months old and loves it.
DS who is 3, could care less... but i know it will continue to grow with DD

We bought the Step 2 Party Time kitchen last Christmas for DS when he was 1.5 years old and he still uses it. Love it!

We had both the Step 2 and one from Pottery Barn and the kids love the one from Pottery Barn a lot better! It is 3 separate parts, stove, sink, fridge rather then all in one.

I have a DS and we got the fisher price grow with me kitchen...of which we are also getting for my niece. The girl version has a place for her baby doll (like a high chair.) DS  his kitchen and is always making DH and I food.

We have a step 2 kitchen and DD loves it. We gave it to her last year for Christmas (she was 1 1/2) and now at 2 1/2, she still plays with it. We plan to get her more play food and dishes to go with it!
