NPR: how much food is a half tray?
how many people does a half tray of food serve???
having 15 adults for DD's baptism and i'm so confused on what to order. i feel like the places always recommend too much food.

I don't know how many a half tray serves, but we had about 20 people for DD's christening and we had way too much!!! We had:
~a full tray of salad
~a full tray of pasta
~half tray of chicken
~half tray of sausage and peppers
~half tray of eggplant rollatini
HTH!
ETA: I think they said full trays would feed about 15 people.

i just had the same amount of food for dd's 2nd b-day. it was a lot of food, we had about 22 adults and 6 kids (I did order a pizza also for them).
i asked how many pieces came in each thing. - they told me 15 peices of chicken, 25 rollatini's, a load half tray of sausage/pepper.
