ok....so where's that energy??
every book/website what have you says that when you get into the 2nd trimester you get your energy back and dont pee as much....not true in either case!!! i neeeeeed some energy asap!
any insight as to when it could happen? granted i'm only in the middle of my 14th week, but i'm dying over here LOL

I'm right in the beginning of my 14th week and I know what you mean about the books/websites not being exactly right. lol. I mean, yeah I do have a bit more energy than I did before (i couldn't even stand more than 10 minutes at a time my whole first trimester), but I'm still not able to do a lot. I still get so tired pretty quick. And yes I am still peeing quite often. The nausea seems to be passing, but not completely. I still feel it almost everytime i finish eating. I guess they do say in the websites though that it's not for every pregnant women. Some people experience symptoms like this throughout their entire pregnancy. I guess only time will tell

It took me until around week 16 to feel like I was in the 2nd trimester. But since then, the past 5 weeks have been a walk in the park!
Well, except suddenly yesterday at exactly 21 weeks I've started swelling a little... stupid right foot. And the carpal tunnel at night on my right hand has gotten so bad I have to wear a brace...
But no more sick stomach, and I feel great compared to the first trimester!!!
Hang in there!!! You'll be ok!!!

I know what you mean about the shower... I also get that faint feeling in there, too.. but that's to be expected, as most people faint in the shower.
I'm waiting for my energy back. I am pretty much a dishrag.
