How to gracefully turn down alcohol when people don't know your pregnant?
I hardly turn down a glass of wine at get togethers. Now I am 2 weeks from tellling everyone that I am pregnant.
How do you gracefully turn down a drink?

i pretended to sip the drink and then go to bathroom and pour it out

i'm not a drinker at all (maybe a glass of wine every couple of months), and i actually used to do this all the time in college! no one ever noticed it.

- antibiotics
- trying to lose weight
- doctor told you you had acid reflux and to cut out drinking and caffeine (this is actually true if it's the case)
- doing some type of cleanse
- too tired feel like you'll fall asleep if you drink

or you can say your stomach hurts and just drink seltzer or ginger ale.
