Anyone else watch Teen Mom last night?

I know, laugh at me, I watch Teen Mom. I could do worse things lol. And I KNOW I'm not the only one on here who watches it... come on ladies fess up you know you can't wait to see what Farrah and her mom are up to next lol.

Farrah... Her mom shouldn't have hit her last week BUT she is a jerk to her and they didn't show what provoked her mom to take such measures. Farrah always talks to her like garbage even though her mom and dad babysit for free all the time, let her live there for free, pay for her food, etc. I mean it's great that she's going to school and has a job but she needs to realize that not everyone is as lucky as her.

Amber... gross. And as soon as they said she was working at a tanning salon I knew it, she's been looking pretty orange lately. Her and Gary are crazy. They need to get their act together. And how are they affording their apt, food, going out to eat, diapers, etc on her tanning salon salary?

Maci... I really love Maci. I feel bad that she can't live that college lifestyle like all the rest of her friends but at the same time she doesn't whine about it and does what is best for her son.

Catelynn... Her parents are scumbags, her mom looks like a meth addict and she obviously doesn't care about her daughter. I was sad that she had to come home but at the same time, I can see Tylers point of view, he is still in high school and way to immature (not a jerk, just his age) and can't deal with all this at his age and shouldn't have to. I don't want her and Tyler to break up but I feel like it's going to happen.


Thanks for letting me recap the show... I KNOW at least one of you watch it too and I am glad I can talk to you girls about it because DH doesn't want to hear it, he thinks it's garbage lol

you bet i watched it! I think you summed it up beautifully . i do, however, feel like there's a lot going on with farrah's family that we don't know about--it's probably the reason she's always so angry around them. that's just a gut feeling i have though.

It's so funny how the girl that Gary was interested in was just an uglier version of Amber. Amber is so mean, and always ready to hit poor Gary.

I love Maci, she is so mature and i cheer for her to succeed. I'm glad her friends told her ahead of time that they don't want to live with Bentley.

I like Catelynn and Tyler and Catelynn together, but i think it will be best if they break up. They've been together for 3 years and they're only 17 i think. I think Tyler's mom wants them to break up too.

Farah, she is so spoiled and needs to show more respect for her mother, although the mother seems a bit crazy to me. Her mood is up and down, maybe she is bi-polar. I love how she left the baby outside the door for a good 5 minutes. she needs a lot of help, i don't know how she's going to manage paying for an apartment, day care and everything else on her salary.

I do actually have to say that I feel bad for Farrah - for the previews next week she talks to someone about how her mom calls her a ***** and a **** - I am sure she didn't just do it once - I feel that there is a lot that we don't know about them and there has to be a reason she acts the way she does.

I felt horrible for Catelynn when she said that she wished she had Carly when she thought things were over with Ty, cause at least she would have someone that loves her

Did anyone else find it concerning that Farrah left Sophia in the hallway while she moved in to new apt for a while? At least that's how they edited it.

I feel like she is too immature to handle Sophia on her own and it worries me for that sweet little girl

I'm sure Farrah's mom has made mistakes but Farrah is still a spoiled brat. She wouldn't have lasted 1 day in my home.

I seem to be the only one that thinks Tyler and Catelynn should break up. She lied about 2 very impt things. She made him believe that they waited for eachother and that they were eachother's firsts. Then she still talks to this ex boyfreind and tries to coach him on what to say about their past relationship. She seems a little to sneaky to me. And to say you wish you still had your little girl for the selfish reason that then someone would love her annoyed me. You don't have babies for that reason.

Love Maci though.

I really hope Catelyn and Tyler stay together after all they have been through. They both have terrible parents.

i did! i have to say - im happy the 2nd season of "teen mom" has the same girls from the 1st season of "16 & pregnant" the girls from season #2 of 16 & pregnant didnt draw me in as much.

farrahs family is going thru some major changes. farrah is a brat ~ but you reap what you sow ~ that is how her parents raised her. my personal opinion is that her mother decided to crack her in the face waay too late in life! if she woulda gave her a fresh one @ 15 - she maybe wouldnt have gotten preggers in the first place!

amber is whiney but the kid never had it easy. she doesnt seem to have much of a support system ~ i give her credit for all that she has done. im sure none of it was easy.

i love maci. i actually like maci & ryan together - i wish he would grow up already and cut it out. when they were "on" last season - i really liked them together.

catelynn & tyler amaze me. i think i was such a fool @ 17 - i never wouldve been able to handle things and make the decisions they have made. i hope they stay together. otherwise - it will be weird - her mom & his dad are married - imagine that thanksgiving dinner????

I agree with most of what you said.

Amber: I don't really like her, but I do think Gary is a real jerk for living off of her dollar and going to see another girl! But, I can also see why he can't stand to be around her...

Farrah: I do think she is really rude to her mom, but she is so different to her dad, that is does make me think there is a lot more going on with that mother/daughter relationship. Plus, I think it is weird that her sister is never around. I think the mom is a little nutty and I am glad she is headed out on her own.

Catelynn and Tyler: I really love these two. They, obviously, have crazy parents and have still managed to grow up as good kids who had to make a really tough decision for their daughter. I do think they are way to young to be engaged, though. It will be good for them to be living apart for a while.

Maci: Just like everyone else, I love her! She works so hard and makes every sacrifice she needs to for Bentley. I hope she meets a god guy who isn't such a dead beat!

OMG I am sercretly addicted to the show! I love Maci too. I feel bad for her. She is trying to do the right thing and I respect her for it!
Farah annoys me, spoiled much. I feel bad for the mom. If that was my sister I would've def. said something about the way she is acting. GROW UP!

I love love love this show!

I joke with my hubby and say that I'm going to invite Catelynn to come live with us. I really would in a heartbeat. She seems like such a sweetie and her parents could care less about her.

I fell asleep on last nights episode so I'll have to DVR tonight when I get home.


Ummm Gary is an A-hole! I totally do not understand him at all. I think he has a lot of growing up to do.

ahh i loove this show! my dh makes fun of me saying im the only 26 year old that watches this but clearly hes wrong! haha

I Love maci, catlyeen is ok kinda bothers me i feel bad for tyler. Amber is a whinny brat altough she should leave gary hes been a good for nothing since the show started. Oh farrah, where to begin. There MUST be so many issues in that family. The way she acts/treats her mother there is no way i could think of being like that to any family!
I cant wait till next weeks show! hehe :)
