protein shakes/ drinks?
Do any of you use protein powders to make shakes? Which do you use?

I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Protein. I either make a shake with water or with calorie countdown fat free milk OR I make a protein pancake to eat as a snack! Delicious!

ooh, never thought to make it into a pancake! Do you just mix some of the protein into pancake batter?

I use 1 egg white (i use the liquid egg beater type so it's 1/4 cup)
1 scoop protein powder
1 packet unflavored Gelatin
1 packet splenda and vanilla to taste.
Mix it up..spray a small fry pan with pam and cook as if you were making a pancake! It is delicious as is or I top with walden farms pancake syrup! It's FABULOUS!
