can i return shoes that are worn?
I got a really cute pair of wedge sandals at dsw about a month ago
i wore them for the first time today, and my feet feel like they're going to slide straight forward through the straps!
They fit me just fine when i wore them around my house, but wearing them for the full day, feels like they've stretched and are waaay too big for my feet.
I can't wear them.
Do you think i can bring them back to DSW? i have the receipt still, but not the box.
I have no idea if they'd take them back.
i have these, but without the back strap

I don't think so - everything I am reading on the site says they have to be unworn. I would try selling them on eBay.

I dont think they take them back if they are worn and you probably would need the box
ETA : does the receipt have the return policy on the back??? sometimes it says there.

i thought so  i was hoping they'd be super lenient, but i also figured they wouldn't take them back if they're worn.
oh well, guess ebay is my best bet

Do you think they really stretched? If so, bring them back and tell them that. If it is a defect in the leather, they should accept the return.

oh actually, that's a really good point. They've definitely stretched, and after only one wearing. I'll try that tactic and ask really nicely.
I'd definitely take store credit if they'd give it to me.
Can't hurt to try i guess!

The only place I know that takes back worn shoes is Nordstrom, but you could try.
