Central Air Conditioning Maintenance?
Does anyone know what is required to maintain a central air conditioning system? Should I have a maintenance company service the unit regularly? Can someone recommend one?

Flynn Air - we have a contract with them - they come twice a year if you have no problems (once for the heating system and once of the Central Air)

I have a service contact with Keyspan to service and maintain my CAC and heating system.

Service Now is fantastic thats who we use to service ours. They redid our c/a last year. Family owned by 4 brothers. Located in the Holbrook area.
