today is 16-17DPO. i had my beta. it came back at 5 which is inconclusive.. not NOT pregnant, not pregnant. tonights HPT showed the slightest of slightest lines.. Dr. B said its either a chemical or a late implanter...i have to go for a repeat beta on thursday...
ETA - so it was a chemical. my level went down to 2. AF is pretty much here. this stinks.
i have to take at least a cycle off from meds since i got a new job thats a ton of hours and i really wont be able to go for constant monitoring. we are still going to TTC so i will still be around but since i really dont ever O on my own i dont know if you can call it "trying"... im equally sad about that and the chemical... thanks for the support everyone.. i am going to go in for a CD3 on saturday though just to see what Dr. B has to say.
Well if your beta only showed an hcG level of 5 that is waaaaay too low of a number for any pregnancy test to detect so (not to be the downer) I think you may just be seeing an evap line or a shadow. I would really go by the beta results right now. That being said though, you don't have AF and hcG levels change quickly so you might be surprised on Thursday when you have your next beta.

or the level has gone up since the beta...that plus is blue, not an evap line...im curious to see...
So tested with fmu this morning and got the same faintest of faint lines and not pregnant on the digi. BUT my temp went super triphasic this morning. Highest temp of the cycle and I'm totally out of progesterone so I know its not that this time. Anyway I'm and for my beta tomorrow...

I have to agree with Kristen.
My RE told me anything 5 and under they do not consider a positive.
