If your child goes or is going to go to prek3

How many days, what hours and how much do you /will you pay.
Please FM me if you don't feel comfortable posting here , I just want to have an idea.
We might send DD (she'll be 3 in August, haven't decided 100% yet) to prek after all and I need to figure how much and all that.

This year Sarah goes 5 days half day. Andy will do the same next year. This is the fee schedule for our school for next year.

1/2 day (9-11:30am or 12-2:30pm)
5 days $3,900
3 days $3,306
2 days $2,600

Mini day (9:30-1:30)
5 days $5,800
3 days $4,600
2 days $3,800

Full day (9-2:30)
5 days $7,900
3 days $5,700
2 days $4,500

ETA: The prices are the same for the 3 year old or the 4 year old pre-k class.

Do u mean nursery or Pre-K? Pre-K is usually 4 year olds. They do not offer full days only 2 1/2 hours.

At my school Pre-K is :

5 days -2 1/2 hours- $3280

DS is in the 3 year old class. He started out going 2 half days from 9-12 and that was $190/month. When I went back to work, he started going 2 full days. School is from 9-4 but he's in early care and after care b/c of my work schedule. He's there from 8-5:30. Now we pay $470 a month.

In September, he'll be in the 4 year old class and he'll be going 3 full days a week. I think it's around $550 with the early care and after care. His kindergarten will be full day so I wanted to slowly increase him so he's ready for the following year.

this year, DD is in a 2's program (she was 2 in august). i was hestiant to send her, she is the youngest one in her class, but she LOVES it. best thing for her, especially since i have a baby at home too- gave her her own thing
she is now going 3x a week, from 9:30-12:30. i pay $3700 for the year ($370 a month).
Next year, at 3, i am sending her every day. from 9:30, not sure if i am keeping her till 12:30 or 2:30. it depends on whether she is still napping or not. for 3 hours, 5x a week, its $5500, and for 5 days, 9:30-2:30, its $6700 for the year. but worth it.

The 3 year old program that DS is in now is
9:30-12 2 days a week and it is $225 a month

Next year he will be going 3 full days (9:30-2:30) for pre-k and it will be $425 a month.

Wow! We send our DD to pre-k at our local Catholic school and judging from some of the responses here, it's a real bargain!!

She goes 5 full days from 8:20 to 2:30. $3800 a year.

ETA...that's for 4 year olds. My 2 year old will be going to nursery next year when she's 3 for three half days (8:45-11:45). Her tuition will be $3000--at a different school from her sister.

DS just turned 4 this weekend but has been in preschool since September. Right now he goes Tues. and Thurs. for 2 hours and 45 minutes; we pay $160 which is really cheep. If he went three days we would have paid $180 a month.

DS will be going in the fall. 2 days per week at 3 1/2 hours per day. About $275 per month.

If he is just turning 3 it will be Nursery school, not PreK. Try the YMCA, local catholic schools. They have good programs that are affordable.
