Was there an item you couldn't have lived without when DC #2 came along??

I am busy making my list of what we need for #2, was there any item that made it any easier with 2??? I do need to get a bouncer since DS still uses his infant to toddler rocker regularly!

I'm expecting my 2nd in November and they will be 21 months apart. Here are a couple of things I had to get or replace:

Needed a bundleme
Replaced nipples/bottles/pacis's
Needed to get another sound machine and another aquarium since they will both be in cribs
Replaced bibs/burp cloths
Double stroller
Step stool so DD could "help" me change and dress the baby

I can't think of a lot right now but it was more than I thought!

2 things i could not have survived the first 3 months (and beyond) without:
my bumbleride indie twin
my moby wrap/and the bjorn b/c this allowed my to food shop and go out having my hands free to do things with my toddler!
everything else i pretty much already had- i.e. swing, bouncer, bumbo, tub, activity mat, bundle me...
would also get another humidifier for the room if you don't have one since winter is coming. i had to go get one for DS when his nose was congested last week.

Bouncer seat
pack n play to separate the baby from your toddler
if your infant will go in one an infant carrier would have been very helpful (mine hated it although my 1st DD loved hers).
Double stroller
lots of burp cloths, or receiving blankets
lots of infant toys
a baby doll for your other child - DD#1 cares for her baby while I diaper or feed her sister.
Activity mats
my bumbleride indie twin!!
snap n go

But seriously, I can't think of anything I couldn't live without that I didn't already have. The only new item we got was a double stroller.

There are a few things that I absolutely could not have lived without:
Baby Bjorn (baby needed to be held 24/7 - not really easy to do with an active toddler!)
Nursing cover - Couldn't stay in with the toddler so I had to learn to nurse on the go!
Pack N Play - still use it to contain the little one when the big one is playing with his toys with little pieces
Swing and/or bouncer - sometimes the baby just needed to be put down!
Another crib - DS1 was (and still is) in a crib and I didn't want to displace him so we borrowed a crib from a friend who is done.

I pretty much exclusively nursed so the baby very rarely took a bottle. I still got new nipples for when I was away from him during a feeding and he got a bottle of formula or expressed milk.

Aside from a new crib for him and a double stroller, I didn't really need too much additional for him.

Our two major purchases for DD (baby #2) was a twin stroller and a Graco Travel Lite Crib (it looks just like a PNP with a bassinet except it's 20% smaller than a PNP). I got the travel lite crib because I didn't want it to take up too much space in our den and it works to keep DD away from DS.

Other things we had to buy:
1. New tubing for my pump.
2. New nipples for bottles.
3. A sling.
4. Some baby girl clothing since my babies are not the same sex.
