We have Logan Julian (we refer to him as L.J. in texts...and sure that someday that will stick!!)

Both my sons have my maiden name as a 2nd middle name which is why I didn't put the whole thing on there. Robbie's first middle name is my late father's first name. Noah's first middle name is Rob's dad's first name.
