Kinda down... 39 wk app
So on Friday I went for my 38 wk app and doc said I was 2 1/2 - 3cm dialated.
Today I see a different doc and she says maybe I'm 1 cm but barely and I'll probably go past my due date (Sunday). They also did a growth sono and he's measuring 8lb 7oz. I am so uncomfortable and now this... I feel like I'm never going to go into labor.
They gave me an option to get induced 3 days after my DD but I opted to wait a full week. I just really hope he comes soon and I don't have to be induced.

 It really depends upon the size of the obgyns hands when they say you are x dialated. Also your DC could have shifted so if they were putting more pressure down there earlier it would make it seem like you were more dialated than you actually are. If it gives you any solace, with DS I went to my 39 week appointment and was told I was closed and tight. I went into natural labor with him 24 hours later. He was a c/s b/c he was a footling breech but it only took from 5:30-9:30 to go from 7 to 10 cm. I apparently labored at home from 0-7 without feeling anything and still needed a c/s.

I know you are probably so ready, but you are almost there!!! Try to stay positive Before you know it your little one will be here and you will wonder where the time went!

I know the feeling. at my 40 week appointment still high tight and closed, I think this  has no intention of coming out anytime soon. I have a growth sono and NST test this sat, hoping I have made some progress. I have LOVED being pregnant, But I am ready to meet

I know how you feel! At least you have some progress, I have had none so far, tomorrow is 38w4d appt-so I am hoping something is going on-he said if there isn't I need to schedule another sono.

Did they strip your membranes? Once my OB stripped my membranes I went into labor that same night!

No, I asked her about that and I am GBS+ so she didn't want to.

Stay positive- it can happen at any time. My sister was due yesterday, went to her 40 week apt. and wasn't dilated at all. About 7 last night she started contracting and is at the hospital in labor right now!
I've been dilated for weeks now, and nothing- so really there is just no way to know! It'll happen soon!
