Anxiety

Does anyone take anti anxiety meds while going through fertility treatments? After a few panic/ anxiety attacks my regular MD refused to put me on anything because we are trying to conceive. I spoke with the RE today and she said if I could make it without medicine that would be ideal but she does not want me to suffer and said she would write a note to my MD stating it would be OK to take meds (preferably as needed only). I would have to stop before ER ? She did not want to prescribe them though. What should I do and what could I take???? TIA

Have you talked to a therapist? Maybe you could try that first? My OB rec'd somebody for me bc I don't want to take anything but they're in NYC. FM me if you want the name.
