New to board/ waiting for a smiley on my OPK
I am new to the baord. I've been married for 2 years and dx last year with PCos - this will be my first pregnancy if i get pregnant
DH and I are ttc. I completed clomid 100mg, days 5-9 on saturday.(I also take metformin1000mg daily) and monday my sono showed 4 follicles (2 mature follicles 16mm) My RE told me to start testing for a surge on tuesday 7/21 but everday has been negative. I f I dont get a smiley face by tomorrow I have to go back for sono & labs sat. Has anyone had this happen? This is my first cycle Did anyone get pregnant on their frist cycle of clomid?

Thats happened to me many times when I was on clomid....I didnt get the smiley on the OPK when they thought I should have. Your best bet is to go for blood/sono anyway....the bloodwork will be able to tell if if you're getting close to surging. And yes I got pregnant my first time on clomid.....and also the second time. Sadly both ended in miscarriages but that had nothing to do with the clomid.

Today I got a + OPK 
I guess its time to BD for the next 2 days ! I called the RE and they told me to BD tonight and tomorrow and then come in for a pregnancy test in 2 weeks
I am trying not to get to excited b/c I do not want to be disappointed- praying for a BFP
