Ob/gyn ...delivers at Good Samaritan?
Hi all! So after speaking with my doctor, husband, and friends, I am changing my doctor so I can be in a hospital with an NICU.
Can anyone recommend doctors that will delivery in Good Samaritan in West Islip?

I go to Dr. Leo in North Babylon/Deer Park....He's the head of the board at Good Sam and I love him.

I see Dr. Pillitieri in Deer Park. He also specializes in highrisk. He is amazing. a few girls here use him. and my Sister and Friend reccomended him to me ....my friend had 28 and1/2 week preemie twins and required a lot of hospital care for a long time and she credits him for getting her to have 2 ( now) amazingly healthy babies.
But Keep in mind he is private practice, so you always see him, but its sometimes a wait.

I see Dr. Pillitieri in Deer Park. He also specializes in highrisk. He is amazing. a few girls here use him. and my Sister and Friend reccomended him to me ....my friend had 28 and1/2 week preemie twins and required a lot of hospital care for a long time and she credits him for getting her to have 2 ( now) amazingly healthy babies.
But Keep in mind he is private practice, so you always see him, but its sometimes a wait.
ITA. He is absolutely incredible!

Wow I didn't realize how many people on here use Dr. Pillitteri. I have recommended him to so many people. I have been going to him for 13 years now and he is amazing. If it wasn't for him I would not have 9 week old healthy twin boys. He feels like a friend more than a doctor. You will love him.

I would love to use him, but since I am further out east I am looking for Doctors in the West Islip - Sayville Area that delivery at Good Sam

Awesome practice - personable, knowledable, & you never wait that long!
i was just going to recommend them.. this is my group and i honestly LOOOVE THEM LIKE FAMILY!!! i ve had quite a bit of complications in the past month and they have been nothing but amazing! im a nurse so im a bit hard to please when it comes to doctors and bedside manner and they have surpassed my expectations! i was in the hospital for 6 days and they were in my room checking on me everyday at least 2 times and one of them is ALWAYS AT THE HOSPITAL the office i never wait sometimes its a wait for an apt. but once you go for the apt thers no wait in the office.
id be more then happy to talk to you via FM about any ?'s you have

This is the greatest office of OB's in Suffolk County! I know that is just my opinion, but I have seen many GYN's because I had Endometriosis and complications in the past and this office is where I went for my 1st pregnancy and where I am going now. They are amazing. Each doctor there is better than the rest. They make you feel like a celebrity when you are pregnant. Constantly complimenting you, always compassionate and very timely responses to any calls also. I too, feel like they are FAMILY. Definitely give them a call. 631-321-4811

I use him too, he delivered all 3 of my kids - LOVE him but HATE the wait of his office.
(sorry I just saw your post about being closer - he does deliver at Good Sam but another closer recommendation is for Dr. Judge at SouthBay OBGYN in West Islip. I never personally saw him but have heard great things about him)
