OMG Im pregnant!
Im under a fake name bc my dh said hed kill me if anyone found out before we told family but im way to excited so i had to post! (but i am someone who was under the April 2ww list)
I dont even know what to do with myself now because I really wasn't expecting it to happen at all this month!
Any tips of what to do first? What I need to start doing/stop eating?

call your dr. to schedule a blood test. they will probably send you for more than one over the next few days to check if your beta #'s are rising.
get some rest, take it easy, drink lots of fluids, and take a prenatal vitamin if you havent already started on one.

CONGRATULATIONS! Don't make yourself too crazy and change your diet... sometimes that's worse. Just avoid artificial sweeteners and cut back on the caffeine - if you're a big drinker...

Not necessarily. When I was PG with my DS, the Dr didn't want to see me until I was about 7 wks. At that time, he did a sono and confirmed the PG. Not all Drs do blood tests.

I wouldn't worry too much this early on but definitely cut out caffeine, alcohol and raw fish. Also, if you work out at a gym definitely tell your trainers/instructors. I had a scare with my pregnancy after taking a pilates class and not letting the instructor know that i was pregnant. i was spotting afterwards and it was really scary. also, if you are not already doing so, start taking prenatals. you can pick up some OTC ones if you haven't gotten a prescription from you OB/GYN yet....
CONGRATS and have a happy, healthy and hopefully comfortable 9 months!
