What is going on with me?
So af came 4 days early this month after 2 days of very light spotting. Now it is cd4 and I think she is gone. She usually sticks around for the full 7. What is going on with my body. BTW I never get cramps and yesterday I had the worst cramps. This really stinks.

wow..what is going on with us ladies. this seems to be happening to lots of us.
i had this last month. since i came off BCP my periods have been lighter than what they were before i went on. and they just seem to get lighter.
last month i got full flow one day...stopped day 2, then spotted a few days. it was like nothing. so weird!!

Same thing happened with me... One day of light spotting, one day with nothing, then a heavy AF for three days.
It's great being a girl, isn't it?

My cycles have been all of the place too. Real fun trying to BD at the right time when you have no clue when that might be

just thought i'd chime in here j...
have you tested at all? it is possible that you are pg and AF is adjusting to it. it is not unheard of to have AF for a cycle or two during pregnancy!
if you tested BFN, then it could just be an off cycle. try to relax as stress can alter cycles...
i'm here for you, girl!
