It showered today!!!
My first baby shower, in my house with my co-workers and friends upstate, is today!!!
I didnt think the weather forecast would take the "shower" part so literally- we have 2 inches of snow already and more coming!  I'm hoping people can still come.
My friend the host decorated the house last night and it looks so cute!
I'll post pics tonight (hopefully if guests still come!)

The snow stopped just in time... the roads were plowed and cleared so only 1 person cancelled. It was a wonderful shower- my friend and her mom who hosted went out of their way.
My mom, MIL and GMIL were able to come up from the city. It was great to be in our house and not have to schlep all the presents in the car.
Most of my co-workers left while I was still opening presents so they missed cake but it was a perfect day. DH was thrilled to get a present of his own- a Diaper tool belt.

Thanks everyone!
I must tell my friend about the cake- she will be so happy! She paid attention to every detail! I picked the filling and flavor but she was all about the design

Looks like it was great!!
Since I didnt have time to go shopping- it was the ONLY thing in my closet that I could call "nice" and that fit!
I'm shopping today for this Sat and Sun!
