Photoshop (?) Please help.
(And yes, I tried to search, but couldn't find anything!)
Wondering how to blend uneven skin tones or get rid of pimples, cellulite, that type of stuff...
Anyone? It can't be that hard. But I can't figure it out.
Please help. Thanks!

Are you trying to do one spot or do you want a whole 'glow' to even out a larger area?
