My Cousin Had the Baby!
Little Zachary Jamison came into the world 6 weeks early. He weighed in at 5 lbs 1 oz. Mommy and baby are fine!
She pushed for 20 minutes. Lucky b!tch. I should only have the luck she has!
He's in the NICU but doing really well. I'm going to see her now. She's in NJ..
I'm in tears..so happy..such a long road for her.
eta: this gives me hope. She's 42 and did 3 rounds of IVF at Cornell.

YAY!! Congrats!!! Thats too funny my DD was 5 pounds 1 oz and was 6 weeks early too!
ETA she "only" had 9 NICU days and was 100% fine. I say "only" b/c any time you leave your baby at the hospital it sux!

They say he's doing really well and he could go home in a few days or a week. He didn't need to be intubated only some IV fluids.
Go little man!
Well her shower will most likely be postponed. I'm going to go out and get her some premie outfits.
She called and sounded a little hoarse. I said, what's wrong? She said well I'm calling to let you know I had the baby!
I know this is not the right board for this, but it gives me hope. I hope it does for others.
