Train tables

Please post a pic of your train table!
We are going to get one for DS (from both sets of grandmas and grandpas) but have no idea where to start! Are we better off getting a Thomas train table or are the KidKraft ones good too?

Re: Train tables

We got ours from a Dollar store. I wouldn't waste the money on Thomas.

My son was completely into trains. We bought a ton of Thomas trains, had the table, the tracks, etc.

After months of picking up pieces of tracks & finding trains everywhere, I packed it up. It's now at a good home of an LIFer who's son surely plays with it more than my son every did.

Re: Train tables

I bought an Imaginarium one from TRU last year at xmas time for $89. Came with the table and a bunch of pieces and the playboard. It's nice for the price. My son mostly uses it to build his Legos on, but I'm gonna build the train soon so Emma can play with it.

Re: Train tables

We have an imaginarium one, got it on clearance last year for $30 at TRU! I wouldn't spend the money on the Thomas one IMO
