Does anyone know a mortgage broker that actually WANTS to work???
I have called three over the past few days and NONE of them have called me back.
I didn't realize the mortgage industry was booming so much that they couldn't provide you a callback

my DH is doing loan modifications now- but he can help you- he is still submitting loans at his old job

ETA- maybe they haven't called back b/c they are no longer in the business- even my DH got out recently- and he has been doing this for 8 years

my friend is my mortgage broker at Chase. he is awesome!! he got me my commitment letter in 2 and a half weeks!! FM for his info.
