im out.. could i be miscarrying again??
ladies i am so scared and upset right now.. i need advice 
DH and i BD last night just for fun, i mentioned to you all that i was late with AF and maybe there was a possibility that was PG. well before we BD i was having pink spotting ( i had this right before my BFP last time) so i really thought i had a chance.
anyways, i woke up this morning and got AF , but it was NOTHING like my usual cycles.. i almost felt the SAME stomach pains i had last time i miscarried.. i felt like i was going to faint, i was keeled over in so much pain. i NEVER had this when i have AF.
i dont know if it was the sex, or what? i read that if you have a history of preterm labor that you can miscarry early on if you have sex.

deanna i really don't think you are miscarrying again. sex probably just brought AF on. i have read and heard from women who have BTDT that Af after birth is much more painful than normal. keep in mind, you were 16 weeks along when you miscarried - that's pretty much the same as giving birth.
i am sorry you are in pain sweetie, i hope it goes away soon

Deanna -
I'm sure you didn't cause a m/c. If you were spotting last night, it was probably just AF getting ready to make her appearance. I've been told by the doc that sex does not cause a m/c. Please do not beat yourself up over this!!! It is not your fault, you did nothing wrong!!!!
As far as it feeling different, maybe your body just needs a little more time to get back to "normal". I'm sorry this wasn't your month.

I am so sorry you are feeling this way, but my doctor told me that the next few periods will probably be pretty bad b/c I miscarried, and the body needs to get back on track. I totally understand where you are coming from, I am supposed to get AF this week...we will see

I am sure you are not miscarrying again. After a m/c your cycles can be all screwy and feel different than they did before. You had the pink spotting before you had sex, that was just the start of AF. I totally understand how you are scared, but I really think that you are having a regular period.
I also wanted to add- you got pregnant on your first cycle trying last time right? Your period will feel a lot different off bc, which could be why you don't remember any AF like this before.

thank you so much ladies for the responses and support!
the pain just started to subside after taking advil a little while ago.. so im also thinking that its a regular AF now.. i guess i just was scared and relived that horrible day 2 months ago. thats how it started last time.
im just crying at my desk looking like an idiot... im just so upset right now and so scared that i wont be a mommy

I am glad you are starting to feel better. I know how scary it is and i totally understand all your fears. Although, I know it is hard but we have to think positive! You will be a mommy, we will all be mommys!!!!!   
This is just one more month that your body can get stronger and healther to hold your baby!!!! many for next month!!!

Oh Deanna I am so sorry you are feeling upset!
ITA with the other ladies. The spotting was probably just AF getting ready to make her appearance, and it will feel different after your m/c and because you're no longer on bcp.

Oh Deanna - i'm so sorry. You have no idea how badly I want to drive to you and hug you....seriously.
You have been through so much and have showed all of us TTC girls what true strength is.
I have found that some months since coming off the BCP are way easier than others. The first month was CAKE. The second month was pure misery...
What i'm trying to say is that this could just be your body regulating itself...and it has to go through heck to get there...

I'm so sorry that you were in pain.
I'm sure that sex cannot cause a miscarriage. The spotting was probably just pre-AF spotting.

It's just AF, no worries. Your body is going thru changes. A lot of girls ahve AF every month thaat has them doubled over in pain, I thought I was going to DIE the other day on my to a job and had to OD on Midol and Advil to feel better.
You are fine, just take the Advil every 6 hours todaay and you will be OK. You got PG easy the first time and will get PG again, I am sure of it. Love you!

i didnt know that after a MC your cycles can be worse, or more painful.. im glad i know this now .

Hi Deanna, I am so sorry
after my m/c my AF's werent the same until about 6 months later. they were strong, very painful crampy and heavy. My body didnt get back to "normal" until about 6 months later. Dont worry it will happen, I keep saying

The first few cycles after my miscarriage were very similar- the pain was agony. The doctor told me that this was normal. Not a fun reminder however.
