I usually buy all the moms-to-be breast pads for their wishing well, if they're planning on BF'ing.

I've seen 2 things done and in both cases they were great.
Option 1: childrens books they last a lifetime
Option 2: with the invitation direct people to a room or an area for example tell someone to buy for the nursery and someone else for the kitchen and so on.
