Scotchguard???
Did your furniture come scotchguarded? If not, did you hire someone to do it for you or did you do it yourself?

The majority of my furniture is from ikea and did not come scotchguarded.
I bought a few cans, opened all the windows and did it myself.
It can cause some fabrics to run or stain, so try it on a hidden piece first just to make sure it wont damage your new stuff.
