endocronologist rec?
my gyn suggested i see a endocronologist bc my thyroid and prolactin levels were abnormal and that i might have a tumor on my pituatary gland  any rec?

thank you . my dr just called and said that my proactin level was fine... i am a bad hypocondriac and now so scared and want a mri just in case!! why did she have to scare me so much

I understand being so scared. If you want to get the MRI, then ask for it! I had my share of MRIs and found out I had a pituitary tumor. I thought it was the end of the world! I had a wonderful endocronologist that helped me through it. She was the best at answering questions!!!!! She is in Patchogue, right off the Sunrise Highway. Please FM me if you have any questions, as I don't always get the chance to check out all the boards for replies!
